This three-screen project was part of a design challenge completed in 2022-2023.
The task was to design a new gaming app that allows users to explore an extensive video game library, as well as browse a curated list of popular streamers, follow them, and watch their live streams. Only content was provided for this challenge, with no branding guidelines, giving full creative freedom for the visual direction.
The challenge required delivering pixel-perfect designs for two key app screens, and implementing the provided user stories.

The process🌱
Initial Steps – Conducted competitor benchmarking and developed a preliminary look and feel to establish a brand identity foundation for the UI design.
Next Step – Developed low-fidelity wireframes to organize the required information in a user-friendly way. I chose to use horizontal scrolling for content navigation, as this aligns with common user behaviour—most streaming consumers are accustomed to horizontal scrolling, making it an industry standard. Additionally, combining horizontal scrolling with tabbed submenus allowed me to display a large amount of information across two screens without compromising the user experience, ensuring ease of navigation and content discovery.
Final Step – Refined the aesthetics and conducted screen testing in Figma Mobile to ensure optimal readability and contrast.
